How do I access my policy / benefits information?

Log in at www.slacins.com/saversbridge to retrieve your policy documents, or to view information on claims or premium payments.

How do I log into the website?

Please see your Welcome Email.  This contains your link, username and password.

What if I can’t find my Welcome Email?

Check the “Spam” or “Junk Email” folder in your email account.  Sometimes emails from a new address, or those containing links are routed there by your mail provider as a security measure.

If your Welcome Email is not there, call us at (800) 327-0695.

What should I know about re-applying for Short Term Medical?

When your policy expires, you may reapply for short-term medical coverage.  We will send you a reminder email shortly before the expiration and you can apply quickly and easily online.

There must be a 2-day break between the date your policy expires an the effective date of the new policy — it’s not continuous coverage.

You must re-qualify with a new application, based on our underwriting criteria at the time of application.  If approved, coverage starts on the new effective date, including a new pre-existing conditions clause, and new deductible and coinsurance accumulations.

How do I get help or information regarding a claim or explanation of benefits?

If you need information in addition to that available at www.slacins.com/saversbridge, call us at (800) 327-0695.

How do I get additional ID cards?

You can log in to your account at www.slacins.com/saversbridge to print out paper copies of your card(s).  We send your initial ID cards to you through the U.S. Mail shortly after your policy is issued.  If you would like us to send you replacement or additional physical cards in the mail, call us at (800)327-0695.

Can I change my effective date?

Once the policy becomes effective, you cannot change the effective date.

If coverage has not yet started, you may change the effective date.  Call us at (800) 327-0695 for more information.

Can I change the date my premium is drafted?

Once the policy is in force, we cannot change the draft date of the Short Term Medical coverage.

Can I receive paper bills or statements?

Because of the competitive rates we offer, the Saver’s Bridge program is designed for maximum efficiency.  Therefore, it’s a nearly paperless program.

All account statements and explanations-of-benefits are delivered electronically.  You will receive an email with a link you can click to retrieve the statement.

How to I change/update my premium payment information?

You can log in to our website, www.slacins.com/saversbridge, and edit your payment information.

Checking draft and Visa/Mastercard are the available options for premium payment.

Can I add a newborn child?

This may vary by state, but generally a child of the Insured born while the policy is in force is covered under the policy from the moment of birth until the 31st day of age.

A notice of birth together with additional premium must be submitted to us within 31 days of the birth in order to continue coverage beyond the initial 31‐day period.  You may download a form for this here.

How do I find discounted prescription prices?

To get the most value from the ScriptSave Select program, go to www.scriptsaveselect.com and enter the Group Number from your Welcome Email.

This will allow you to specify a drug and dosage, then comparison shop the different ScriptSave-based prices at pharmacies in your area.
